Why we collect it
The details you enter in the form are used only to handle the assessment you asked for, to get back to you and to follow up on that request. They are not used for anything else.
Marketing
Agreeing to send the request is not consent to marketing. We do not send newsletters or campaigns based on these details, and we do not pass them on or sell them to third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a customer relationship are kept for a maximum of 12 months; after that they are deleted or anonymised. If a request does lead to a contract, the data needed for the contract and for invoicing may fall under other statutory retention periods.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure or restriction, or object to the processing, by writing to info@dmenergiasolar.es. Please tell us which address you sent the request from so we can find it.
